My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon was a mixed bag. While the service was excellent, particularly from the staff like Mafalda and the restaurant team, I found the facilities could use an update, particularly for a Four Seasons. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety, but the food quality at lunch was just average. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and view, but there were some aspects that didn’t quite meet my expectations.
Rooms

The Deluxe City View Room was spacious and elegantly designed, but I felt some of the facilities seemed in need of an update. The temperature control was alright, but overall, it didn't have that modern feel I usually expect from a Four Seasons.

The location is a bit of a walk from the main shopping streets, but it’s in a peaceful area next to a beautiful park. This made it nice for relaxation, though not as central as I expected.
Dining

Breakfast at the buffet was excellent with a great selection, but I was a bit disappointed with the lunch options which felt rather average. The dinner experience, especially at the Varanda with Chef Pascal Meynard’s menu, was a highlight though.
Facilities

The facilities were decent but showed signs of heavy usage. The outdoor pool and spa were nice, though some amenities felt like they could use a refresh. I appreciated the conveniences available, but they weren’t as modern as I anticipated.
