My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon was a mixed bag. While the service was excellent, particularly from the staff like Mafalda and the restaurant team, I found the facilities could use an update, particularly for a Four Seasons. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety, but the food quality at lunch was just average. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere and view, but there were some aspects that didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Rooms
8.0
The Deluxe City View Room was spacious and elegantly designed, but I felt some of the facilities seemed in need of an update. The temperature control was alright, but overall, it didn't have that modern feel I usually expect from a Four Seasons.
Service

The service was really good. From the moment I arrived, the staff catered to my needs and made me feel welcome. The attention to detail was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
Location

The location is a bit of a walk from the main shopping streets, but it’s in a peaceful area next to a beautiful park. This made it nice for relaxation, though not as central as I expected.
Dining

Breakfast at the buffet was excellent with a great selection, but I was a bit disappointed with the lunch options which felt rather average. The dinner experience, especially at the Varanda with Chef Pascal Meynard’s menu, was a highlight though.
Facilities

The facilities were decent but showed signs of heavy usage. The outdoor pool and spa were nice, though some amenities felt like they could use a refresh. I appreciated the conveniences available, but they weren’t as modern as I anticipated.

The exquisite breakfast selection was a real treat, though I did have a minor inconvenience with the breakfast closing early on weekends. Overall, it was a luxurious experience that I would love to repeat.

My stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon was a mix of highs and lows. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from downtown and surrounded by beautiful views. However, the service was quite inconsistent, with some staff being friendly and accommodating while others were quite rude. The room was spacious but felt outdated and lacked amenities, which was disappointing for a luxury hotel.

Rooms

The room was spacious with a large balcony offering city views, but it felt outdated and lacked necessary amenities like enough power outlets and water bottles.

I found room service food to be poor, and the breakfast experience fell short, especially with long waits and early closing times. However, the bar had a great cocktail atmosphere.
Facilities

The hotel offers a range of facilities, but the pool was small and not suitable for proper swimming. plus, ordering delivery was unnecessarily complicated.

However, I did face a mishap with the heating in my room, which was particularly disappointing during my chilly nights there.

My experience at the Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon was largely positive, highlighted by the really good staff and beautiful décor. though there were some minor issues, like the somewhat dated room design. The location offered stunning views of the city, and the breakfast on the patio was a perfect way to start the day. However, I found the outdoor pool to be lacking in size and suitability for proper swimming.

The suite I stayed in was large, bright, and comfortable, though the décor felt a bit stuck in the past. Despite this, the marbled bathroom was a pleasant retreat, and I enjoyed the balcony view over the park.
